MSC Camp Registration

Senior Week Information:

  • Camp Dates: Monday, July 1, 2024 – Saturday, July 6, 2024
  • Check In: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Monday, July 1, 2024
  • Closing Ceremonies: 12:00 PM, Saturday, July 6, 2024
  • Pricing:
    • Early Bird Pricing (From when registration opens to April 30, 2024):
      • $290 for the 1st camper
      • $265 for the 2nd and subsequent campers
    • Normal Pricing (From May 1 to the end of registration):
      • $300 for the 1st camper
      • $275 for the 2nd and subsequent campers

Junior Week Information:

  • Camp Dates: Sunday, July 7, 2024 – Thursday, July 11, 2024
  • Check In: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, Sunday, July 7, 2024
  • Closing Ceremonies: 11:30 AM, Thursday, July 11, 2024
  • Pricing:
    • Early Bird Pricing (From when registration opens to April 30, 2024):
      • $245 for each camper
    • Normal Pricing (From May 1 to the end of registration):
      • $255 for each Camper

MSC is using a new registration system for 2024. What you need to know before registering:

  • New! There is just one process to both register camper(s) and pay for camp this year. 
  • Remember to have your health insurance and any medical information needed for camp staff
  • New! There are three payment options offered: Pay in full, 2 payments, or a 3 payment option
  • New! Pay using credit or debit card, or e-check. Use a debit card or e-check for lower processing fees.

Registration Dates:

  • March 11, 2024:
    • Open Registration Starts
      • Payment options are as follows:
        • Payment in full
        • Broken into 2 automatic payments
        • Broken into 3 automatic payments
      • Open registration will end when camp is full. If camp registration is full, you will be able to register for the wait list. Wait list campers will be notified if they are able to attend.
  • May 31, 2024:
    • Final Payment Due
    • Camp registration closes around this time

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for camp, the following conditions must be met.

  • Senior Week:
    • Must be 12 years of age by August 1st of this year.
    • Must be 19 years of age or younger by August 1st of this year.
    • Must still be in high school OR graduated within the year.
    • Note: only campers who have just graduated will be considered last year campers
  • Junior Week:
    • Must be 8 to 11 years of age by August 1st of this year.

Medical Insurance Required:

  • MSC does not provide medical insurance.
  • Consequently, each child must provide proof of insurance during registration to attend.  This proof must be provided before camp starts or the child will not be permitted to remain at camp.
  • This is not optional. If we must take a child for emergency care, we take their medical information with them.
  • This information must be accurate to ensure prompt medical care.
