The countdown to Midwest Summer Camp is rapidly coming to an end as MSC Sr. Week is just 2 days away and Jr. Week is just 8 days away! We’re all looking forward to camp, and we believe this is going to be the BEST MSC EVER!!!!! Sr. Week has 163 registered campers, while Jr. Week has a record-breaking 148 campers! That’s a total of 311 MSC CAMPERS!!!! We are sooooooo excited about those numbers and we look forward to seeing each and every one of the those campers as we have two AWESOME weeks planned.
With the extended forecast, it looks like we’re going to have some of the coolest weather we’ve had in years, so be sure to pack a few long-sleeved shirts and a hoodie as the temperatures could drop down into the 50’s in the evenings. That’s MUCH different than last year’s record high of 112 degrees at Sr. Week. Unfortunately, you might want to bring a rain jacket as well since we have some chances of rain, but as you know from years past, a little rain doesn’t slow MSC down, it just makes it more interesting, as the late Kelsey Wynne Harris (“Life is more interesting when you’re happy!”) LOVED the events in the mud best of all all throughout her years at MSC!
